At vloragem.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns under the following terms and guidelines.

  1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within a specified timeframe following delivery.

  2. Return Instructions and Designated Location All approved returns must be shipped back to our designated return location. Customers are responsible for initiating the return process by contacting our support team at service@vloragem.com to obtain the precise return address and authorization instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without prior communication or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted or refunded.

  3. Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected at our designated location, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
