At ksseesh, we stand behind the exceptional quality, clarity, and craftsmanship of our glassware. However, we understand that selecting the perfect piece online can sometimes be challenging, and a product might not meet your specific expectations upon arrival. We have established a comprehensive, fair, and transparent return and refund policy to ensure a professional shopping experience.

Return Window and Strict Eligibility Conditions You have exactly 30 days from the confirmed date of delivery to initiate a return request with our team. Once this 30-day window has expired, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a successful return, your glassware must meet rigorous condition standards. The item must be absolutely unused, unwashed, and in pristine, resaleable condition. It must be entirely free from any liquid residue, water spots, scratches, fingerprints, or lingering odors. Furthermore, the item MUST be returned in its complete original packaging. This includes all custom-fitted foam inserts, protective cardboard stabilizers, tissue paper, branded boxes, and product tags exactly as they were received. Because our products are highly fragile, this original packaging is the only way to ensure the item survives the return transit.

Initiating the Return Process Do not ship any items back to our facility without receiving explicit prior authorization. To start a return, you must contact our customer service team at service@ksseesh.com. In your email, please provide your original order number, a clear list of the item(s) you wish to return, and the specific reason for the return. If your request meets our policy criteria, our team will reply with detailed return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Details and Financial Responsibility Once authorized, you will be instructed to carefully repackage your items and mail them to our central return processing facility in Germany. The mandatory return address is:

Please be explicitly aware that customers are solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Because you are shipping fragile glass internationally or domestically, we strongly advise using a premium, trackable shipping service and purchasing adequate shipping insurance for the full value of the goods. ksseesh is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for, returned items that are lost, stolen, or shattered during the return transit due to carrier mishandling or inadequate customer repackaging.

Refund Processing and Timelines Once your return package arrives at our facility in Germany, our quality control team will meticulously inspect the glassware within 3 to 5 business days. Following this inspection, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit for the cost of the products will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the funds to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged due to initial transit, or if you receive a defective or incorrect item, this falls outside the standard return process. Please contact service@ksseesh.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the damage or error. We will take immediate action to send a replacement at our own expense.
