How should I care for and wash my ksseesh glasses? To preserve the pristine clarity and structural integrity of your fine glassware, we strongly recommend washing all pieces by hand. Use lukewarm water, a few drops of mild, non-citrus dish soap, and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive scrubbers. To prevent water spots and mineral buildup, dry the glasses immediately after washing using a soft, lint-free microfiber polishing cloth.
Ordering and Shipping Logistics

How long will it take to process my order? Our warehouse team typically processes and prepares orders for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor its journey to your home.
What happens if my glassware arrives broken or damaged? We utilize advanced packaging techniques and heavy-duty materials to protect your fragile items. However, transit accidents occasionally happen. If your glassware arrives damaged, please do not worry. Contact us at service@ksseesh.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the broken item and the exterior box. We will immediately arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a comprehensive 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the glassware must be entirely unused, in perfect resaleable condition, and safely packed in its complete original packaging.
Where do I send my return? All authorized returns must be shipped directly to our designated facility in Germany: Oldesloer Straße 30, 23795, Germany. Please ensure you contact us to authorize the return before sending any packages, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
